AHRC Respite provides short-term care at some of AHRC's
community residences, and at its freestanding respite home on the
grounds of Flowerfield Gardens in Holtsville. Circumstances for
which families may require respite services range from unexpected
family crisis, to vacation plans for the family, to the evaluation of a
person's skills for future community residence placement.
